Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Managers in overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Assist with budget tracking, scheduling, and change order management
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and field teams
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and reports
  • Help monitor project progress and flag risks or schedule impacts early
  • Ensure all site activities align with safety standards and company protocols
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

What we're looking for:
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or management
  • Background in industrial, mechanical, or process facility construction is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, contracts, and schedules
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field
