Job Details
  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders & logs
  • Support scheduling, procurement & subcontractor coordination
  • Work closely with Superintendents on field execution
  • Update project tracking tools and maintain documentation
  • Attend OAC & subcontractor meetings; help drive action items
  • Collaborate with the PM on cost control & forecasting
  • Assist with punch list, QA/QC & closeout deliverables

What You Bring
  • 1–4+ years experience with a GC in commercial or multifamily projects
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with subcontractors & design teams
  • Eager to learn, detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Tech-savvy (Procore preferred)
