Job Details

What You’ll Do
  • Support PM with budget tracking, cost reports, forecasting, and buyout
  • Draft and manage change orders from pricing through approval
  • Coordinate subcontractors on scope clarifications and compliance
  • Lead portions of OAC and subcontractor meetings
  • Review pay apps, code invoices, and track project financials
  • Oversee closeout items, including punch, O&Ms, and turnover docs

What We’re Looking For
  • Typically 4–7 years with a GC/CM (PE → Sr. PE background ideal)
  • Comfortable managing cost, schedule, and documentation
  • Procore/Bluebeam experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s in CM, Civil, or related (or equivalent experience)
