Description

Assistant Project Manager - Construction

  • Assist in managing ground-up and large remodel construction projects ranging from $2M to $100M.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Support the resolution of project-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and project updates.
  • General knowledge of Building and Construction Codes in New Haven, CT.
