Job Details
We are actively looking to add a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager to support our development and construction teams. This is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in the real estate development space.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the execution of multifamily development projects
Coordinate with external partners including general contractors, engineers, and consultants
Track project timelines, budgets, and key deliverables
Support in reviewing plans, submittals, and RFI logs
Help ensure projects remain on time, on budget, and up to quality standards
Ideal Background:
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
1–3 years of experience in construction or real estate project support roles
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Location: This is a Dallas-based position and requires someone local.
