Job Details
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support project delivery from preconstruction through completion. This role partners closely with Senior Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to help ensure safe, efficient, and successful project outcomes. You’ll gain hands-on experience in project coordination, scheduling, cost control, and team communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
Support procurement and tracking of materials and equipment
Help manage subcontractors and monitor on-site progress
ain accurate project documentation and logs
Support cost tracking, submittals, RFIs, and change management
municate updates to internal teams and client stakeholders
Promote safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
1–4 years construction experience (commercial preferred)
Understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and documentation
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) a plus
Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
