Help drive change! ECLARO is looking for an Assistant Project Manager - CMES - Social Media for our client in Remote, NY.

Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging social media content including captions, posts, graphics, reels, and stories.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice while tailoring message for different platforms.
  • Plan and maintain social media content calendars and schedule posts in advance.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform changes.
  • Mange community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize future content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, communications, and events.
  • Use social media management tools such as Sprout, Hootsuite, or Meltwater.
  • Developing Content Calendars including planning, organizing, and scheduling posts to maintain a consistent online presence with the ability to work 2-4 weeks ahead. Analysis & Optimization
 
Qualifications:
  • Strong writing background with the ability to draft social media content in a wide range of styles from lighthearted and fun, to strategic and thought leadership, to the amplification of events and a range of evergreen style social media posts that vary in length.
  • Require excellent writing skills, creativity, SEO knowledge and social media platform knowledge.
  • Ability to multi-task, highly organized with ability to prioritize and reprioritize assignments, exceptional follow-through, attention to detail and able to proof their own work effectively.
  • Should have demonstrated social media writing experience, preferably for a non-profit or government entity.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Creativity and ability to produce engaging digital content.
  • Knowledge of major social platforms Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn.
  • Basic SEO and keyword optimization knowledge
  • IT systems that will be used: Lytho, Meltwater, Hootsuite, Sprout, Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint, One-Drive, Knowledge Base
