Description

The Assistant Project Manager - $75M Construction Project will:

  • Assist in managing all aspects of a $75M construction project, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and reports to ensure progress aligns with goals.
  • Review and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
  • Resolve project-related issues and provide proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Support the Project Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.
