WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
As an Assistant Practice Manager, your day is dynamic, engaging, and leadership-focused.
You'll:
Support the Practice Manager in overseeing daily office operations
Ensure smooth patient flow and an outstanding patient experience
Assist with scheduling optimization, production goals, and workflow coordination
Supervise and support front office team members
Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
Monitor administrative processes for accuracy and compliance
Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure operational efficiency
Help drive team accountability and maintain a positive, high-performance culture
You'll be a visible leader in the office - setting the tone for customer service, teamwork, and operational excellence.
This position requires a commitment of four days per week from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, offering both professional growth and work-life balance.

Required Qualifications:
2-3+ years of dental front office experience
Strong understanding of dental scheduling, insurance verification, and patient coordination
