Direct Hire Nurse Supervisor Role $41 to $69 per hour in Braintree, Massachusetts
Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical) is looking for a Nurse Supervisor to join our partner's team in the Braintree, Massachusetts area.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities:
The Nurse Supervisor provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for assigned nursing units within the inpatient rehabilitation facility. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care while supporting staff performance, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Nurse Supervisor serves as a clinical resource, mentor, and liaison between nursing staff and leadership, promoting excellence in rehabilitation nursing practice.
Key Requirements:
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position.
- CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years).
- Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
Compensation and Schedule:
- $41-$69/hour based on experience
- Shift differential: $7/hour during weekdays and $9/hour on weekends
- NIGHT shift, 7 pm - 7:30 am (part-time, 2 12-hour shifts or full-time 2 12-hour shifts)
