PAY: $28/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead night shift operations and team performance
• Oversee order pulling, returns, breakage/spoilage, truck loading, and driver check?in
• Manage time and attendance, staffing levels, and daily labor plans
• Maintain inventory accuracy and replenishment
• Ensure all forklift operators are certified and tested
• Coach Supervisors and associates; conduct reviews and development plans
• Improve loading and warehouse processes for quality, safety, and cost
• Set goals, KPIs, and production standards; track and report results
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies
• Support training programs and new initiatives across operations
• Keep the facility organized and audit?ready; close the building when needed SKILLS REQUIRED• 5+ years leadership in a fast?paced warehouse environment• Must be able to operate a cherry picker and reach forklift
• Hands?on WMS and RFID experience
• Solid financial acumen and P&L awareness
• Material handling equipment experience; strong safety mindset
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
