Position Summary

The Assistant Nurse Manager-OR (ANM-OR) is a professional nurse who demonstrates expertise in utilizing the concepts of participative management. The ANM-OR has the responsibility and authority for assisting in the management of the department. Among these responsibilities are: coordinating, evaluating improving nursing care and assisting the department leadership in promoting safe, cost effective, quality patient care on a daily basis. The ANM-OR works within the framework of ECU Health / ECU Health Medical Center.

Minimum Requirements

College Degree (4 yrs)
BSN required and MSN preferred

NC Registered Nurse required, CNOR preferred, with at least 1 year of progressive leadership experience preferred.

2 years of recent OR clinical experience with 1 year in OR specialty required

3 to 5 years of OR clinical experience with 2 years in OR specialty preferred

Pay Range

Pay Range: $43.40 - $59.68
