We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our team, deliver amazing guest experiences, and keep the park running smoothly.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager with daily operations, team leadership, and guest services. This role is perfect for someone with leadership skills who loves working in a fun, fast-paced environment and wants to make an impact while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily park operations, ensuring attractions, guest areas, and staff are running smoothly.
• Supervise and support team members, providing coaching and guidance to ensure top-notch service.
• Help manage scheduling, training, and team performance.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by being visible, approachable, and ready to solve problems.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and reporting as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the park.
• Step into leadership responsibilities when the General Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or food & beverage preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead by example and foster a positive, energetic work culture.
• Customer service focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age: 18
