What you’ll be doing

1. Manage all aspects of the kitchen
2. Provide direction to your team
3. Use established recipes and procedures to prepare items
4. Follow correct food handling practices
5. Use kitchen equipment as intended

Skills you’ll bring along

1. Previous kitchen manager experience preferred
2. SafeServ certification preferred
3. Previous customer service experience
4. Communication skills
5. Able to make decisions
6. Organizational skills
7. Able to lift and/or move 10 to 30 lbs.

Job Type

1. No Sunday hours
2. Full-time position
3. Work rotating schedules including some evenings, Saturdays and holidays
