Barsotti's is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. You'll work alongside our team to ensure every visitor enjoys authentic Italian fare in our thoughtfully designed space that honors both contemporary style and neighborhood tradition.

Your Role: As Assistant General Manager for front-of-house operations, you'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily front-of-house activities, including host stand, dining room, and guest services
• Leading, mentoring, and scheduling our service team
• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
• Managing reservations, seating, and pacing to optimize service flow
• Training staff on service standards and hospitality excellence
• Collaborating with management on operational improvements and team development
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
