This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our hotel while leading with impact.

About the Role:

As AGM, you will partner closely with the General Manager in overseeing the entire hotel operation, with a focus on Food & Beverage strategy, execution, and innovation. You'll be instrumental in elevating our dining venues, growing banquet business, and implementing operational processes that drive guest satisfaction and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead hotel operations with hands-on involvement in all departments, while providing direct oversight and guidance to the Food & Beverage division.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team and F&B leadership to enhance outlet performance, menu innovation, and guest experiences.
  • Identify growth opportunities in the Lak restaurant & Rookery Bar, the Osprey Café, as well as banquet services, focusing on quality, consistency, and profitability.
  • Implement and refine operational standards, systems, and processes across the hotel.
  • Actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for F&B and broader hotel operations.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, coaching department heads and frontline staff to exceed service expectations.
  • Serve as Manager-on-Duty and represent the GM in their absence.

Who You Are:

  • A driven hospitality professional with 3+ years of leadership in luxury hotel operations, including significant hands-on F&B experience.
  • Skilled in growing and leading high-performance teams within fast-paced, service-driven environments.
  • Passionate about exceptional food, beverage, and guest service experiences.
  • Experienced in managing banquets and execution, dining service, and bar operations.
  • Strong in operational systems, service standards, and process improvement.
  • Marriott brand experience a plus, but not required.
  • Strong consideration will be given to candidates with prior experience as a Food & Beverage Director.

Why Join Us:

  • Work in a breathtaking, lakeside setting at a distinctive Marriott Autograph Collection hotel.
  • Be part of a forward-thinking leadership team shaping a new chapter for the property.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • Access to Marriott's global network and professional development programs.
  • A role with visibility, creativity, and real impact.
