Essential Job Results

  1. Input all Vehicle Work Invoices in to our Samsara work order system.

  2. Ensure all information on work orders is correct.

  3. Assist in handling Company driver license compliance.

  4. Distribute MVR paperwork as scheduled and run MVR's.

  5. Track New hire Compliance information.

  6. Assist in maintenance scheduling.

  7. May assist in PO number work approvals.

  8. Use of excel for various tasks is a definite!

  9. Maintain a safe and lawful fleet by assisting with FMCSA compliancy.

  10. Maintains a safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  11. Complies with company policies and procedures.
  12. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  13. Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Knowledge and understanding of automotive/Heavy duty truck items is a +

  • Ability to read and write and interpret policies and procedures 
  • Ability to use personal computers, calculators, and copiers
  • Ability to use math skills for work order verifications
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to pay attention to details on paperwork and catch inaccuracies
  • Ability to work well with people to ensure good communication between vendors and customers

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
