Assistant Financial Systems Analyst

The Assistant Financial Systems Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Consigli’s transition from Sage 300 CRE to CMiC. With a deep expertise in CMiC, the Assistant Financial Systems Analyst will assist in the configuration, training, and stabilization efforts to ensure a seamless ERP transition. This role will be key in supporting the long-term success of the CMiC platform, ensuring its integration and optimization across financial and project operations.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions  

• • Support the Sage 300 CRE and CMiC applications, related applications, and related business processes. 
  • Maintain users and setup of master files in all applications. 
  • Assist in database maintenance, day-to-day reconciliations, and error handling.  
  • Assist in general system refinements, audits, and clean up as assigned. 
  • Assist in the implementation of new application capabilities, testing, training, and documentation. 
  • Assist internal system users with application processes and access.   
  • Assist in the maintenance of the Accounting Database. 
  • Assist in the coordination of system upgrades and updates. 
  • Assist in creating and enhancing current Sage 300 CRE and CMiC processes and procedures. 
  • Assist in report modification, testing, and verification of report output.

Required Experience

• • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or MIS.
