Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Event Coordinator to help plan, organize, and execute company events and promotional activities. This role supports the Event Coordinator with logistics, event preparation, and on-site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and organizing promotional events
Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown
Communicate with vendors, staff, and event participants
Ensure event materials and supplies are prepared
Help manage schedules and event logistics
Represent the company professionally at events
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Marketing, Events, or Communications a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work evenings or weekends when required
Event planning or customer service experience preferred
