About the Role
The Assistant Director, Senior Wealth Advisor leads the delivery of comprehensive financial planning solutions while driving business development across assigned markets. Serving as a primary advisor, you will develop personalized strategies integrating investment management, estate planning, tax considerations, and risk management. You will coach and mentor associates, build and maintain client relationships, and partner cross‑functionally with product, compliance, and training teams to ensure exceptional service. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication, and a client‑centric approach grounded in professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Serve as the primary advisor for high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored financial planning solutions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive proposals for prospective clients.
- Build trust by simplifying complex financial topics and offering clear, actionable guidance.
- Conduct proactive outreach and regular plan reviews to ensure ongoing alignment with client goals.
- Develop integrated plans across investments, estate planning, tax strategy, and risk management.
- Partner with product, compliance, and training teams to ensure high-quality, compliant solutions.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; Master's preferred.
- 5–7 years of wealth management and financial planning experience.
- 3–5 years of management experience preferred.
- Business development and prospecting expertise.
- Experience integrating investment, estate, tax, trust, and philanthropic planning.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship‑management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate with clarity.
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and integrity.
- Deep understanding of planning tools, workflows, and client experience strategies.
- CFP or equivalent designation required upon hire.
