Mozaic (A Chapter of the ARC) is hiring for a Assistant Director of Day Services in Cayuga County. The Assistant Director of Day Services helps shape engaging, person‑centered programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll guide a team of Planning Coordinators and Managers of Service, support staff growth, and ensure programs meet quality and compliance standards. In partnership with the Director of Day Services, you'll enhance collaboration, elevate service quality, and support meaningful experiences for the people we serve.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Assistant Director of Day Services provides leadership and oversight to assigned day service programs in Cayuga and Oswego Counties, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centered supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role supervises Planning Coordinators and Managers of Service, ensures regulatory compliance, promotes staff development, and works collaboratively across departments to support the individual outcomes, health and safety. The Assistant Director will work directly with the Director of Day Services to deliver high quality services to the individuals we support.

Assistant Director of Day Services Schedule: Typically Monday – Friday, 8 am to 4 pm

Full Time: 37.5 Hours per week

Location: Cayuga County

Assistant Director of Day Services Salary Range:$70,000-$75,000

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working with people with developmental and intellectual disabilities preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred. Five (5) years of leadership experience required. Will consider a combination of relevant education and/or work experience. Minimum education and experience requirements may only be waived by the Executive VP of Administration
