The Assistant Director of Graduate Financial Aid, reporting to the Associate Director of Graduate Financial Aid, provides operational support for Questrom's graduate financial aid processes to help meet Questrom's recruitment and retention goals. This position handles the majority of day-to-day awarding and student-services workflows for the Online programs (Online MBA and Online MS in AI in Business) while also supporting award processing and operational needs across all Questrom graduate programs. Responsibilities include timely review of financial aid applications, accurate awarding, maintenance of student records in university systems, routine student counseling, and partnering with the Associate Director and Director to implement awarding strategies and ensure compliance for over 1,500 graduate students and applicants.



Required Skills

Bachelor's degree required; 1-3 years of financial aid experience in higher education or similar industry preferred; ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously; great attention to detail; excellent communication skills.
