Essential Skills:

• Lead the Firm s client billing in achieving billing goals, while collaborating and interfacing with the Firm s Owners, line of business/ Service Line /Capability/ Operational leaders , and other members of the finance leadership team providing proactive advice and guidance on billing matters, potential issues and risks and other key data and analysis.
• Oversee the entire billing process to ensure billing terms and conditions are adhered to and captured correctly in the billing system, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external client agreements.
• Design, implement, and maintain controls and methodologies to ensure accurate and prompt processing of client invoices, with the highest realization of fees; oversee the Firm s work-in-progress and associated technology/software.
• Work closely with LOB operations, finance systems team, and other internal organizations to resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
• Monitor and report on key metrics related to billings, including write-offs, adjustments and revenue recognition.

Role Description:

• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on billing status.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of billing data to identify patterns and recommend actionable improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders

Desirable Skills: Continuously evaluate and improve billing processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Work with the larger finance team, IT and vendors to identify and implement system improvements within Workday and other automation opportunities.
