Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do
- Manage and execute a timely, accurate, and well‑controlled close process.
- Enhance accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance for a portfolio of 30+ leases.
- Create and implement a robust fixed asset system, policies, and SOPs.
- Provide direction, coaching, and development for the accounting team.
Experience Needed
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certifications: CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
- GAAP‑ready corporate audit experience.
- Experience in multi‑site healthcare or private equity‑backed growth is a strong plus.
- Proven success driving implementation projects and process improvements.
- 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
