Assistant Controller

RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of the premier restaurant and real estate investment groups based in Miami, FL that is seeking an Assistant Controller. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering excellent compensation and benefits. Our client requires this role to be on-site. Their office is near the Miami Downtown/Brickell area.

As Assistant Controller, you would be responsible for overseeing full-cycle accounting, operational accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and ad-hoc reporting.

Our client is seeking a strong accounting leader with deep reconciliation experience and exposure to project accounting. Prior experience within the restaurant groups, hospitality, real estate, or construction industries would be ideal.

This role is well-suited for someone looking to grow within a dynamic and expanding organization. They are currently operating on QuickBooks and Restaurant365 (R365) for their restaurant entities. Current system implementations underway as well.
