Assistant Controller

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor accounting staff
• Drive and manage the month-end close process
• Review and approve journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts, including analysis and reporting
• Strengthen internal controls and help implement process improvements
• Manage key accounting functions including revenue recognition and lease accounting
• Oversee general ledger activity and ensure financial integrity
• Assist with audits and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support cash management and financial operations
• Partner cross-functionally to support broader business initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
