·      Analyze financial results and key performance indicators to support decision-making. Prepare reports and dashboards covering project profitability, cash flow, and ad hoc business analyses.

·      Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

·      Serve as a primary contact for auditors during external audits and internal reviews. Prepare audit schedules, provide documentation, and address audit findings through corrective improvements.

·      Oversee ERP and accounting system usage to ensure effective reporting and analysis. Support system upgrades, implementations, staff training, and process streamlining initiatives.

·      Support compliance with tax and legal requirements, including sales/use tax, property tax, licensing, insurance, lien waivers, and other contract-related obligations.

·      Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff while promoting a collaborative work environment. Partner with project managers and other departments to communicate financial information and support operational planning.
