- Previous experience in commercial property management required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of landlord/tenant laws.

- Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and management of the property
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, leases, and rent payments. May initiate rent collections.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution by working closely with vendors and building technicians.
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to phone support, preparation and distribution of correspondence, expense reporting, scheduling, meeting coordination, filing, etc.
- Assist with budget preparation by researching costs for supplies and services and obtaining bids as directed. Aid the Property Manager in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Maintains tenant, vendor and property files including insurance certificates, tenant contact information, lease abstracts, etc.
- Assists with preparation of Common Area Maintenance (CAM) dues, invoices and related correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
- Administers accounts payable and accounts receivable. Codes invoices for payment and inputs into accounting system, forwarding original invoices to accounting department.
- Coordinates tenant appreciation events and assists with the publication and distribution of tenant newsletters.
