Anova Care is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Assistant Clinical Director in the Denver area. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about patient care and ready to take the next step in their career by supporting clinical operations and supervising care teams.
Position Summary:
The Assistant Clinical Director will work closely with the Clinical Director to support daily clinical operations, provide leadership to nursing staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. This role involves assisting with staff supervision, compliance, and maintaining clinical excellence across our care programs.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred (even 1 year of experience is encouraged to apply)
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare management is a plus
Responsibilities:
Assist the Clinical Director with daily clinical operations
Support and supervise nursing and clinical staff
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards
Participate in staff training and performance support
Help maintain quality patient care and clinical documentation
