What You'll Do:
Assist with daily branch operations and staff supervision
Deliver exceptional member service and support financial product offerings
Help meet branch goals and performance metrics
Train and mentor team members for ongoing development
Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a credit union or banking environment (required)
Strong leadership and customer service skills
Ability to train at the Tomball location for the first 30 days
Professional, dependable, and ready to grow into a leadership role
Flexible to work rotating Saturdays
