You’ll serve as a key partner to the Aquatics Director, connecting with our members, assisting with scheduling and budgeting, coordinating pool parties and activities, and supporting the swim team as an assistant coach. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service while maintaining the highest health and safety standards.
The ideal candidate brings at least two years of aquatics or management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and current lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications, along with a flexible schedule to support mornings, evenings, and weekends with a typical 40 hours/week over the summer season.
