Description
Objective
*Please note-this is a temporary position lasting 3-6 months*
Provide clerical assistance to the department manager(s) with all paperwork flow such as work orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Completes time card reports at the beginning of every week
- Completes, copies, and files daily invoices for Rental stores as assigned
- Answers phones and gets general information from customers for sales team
- Assists sales department with filing open and closed contracts
- Assists service department with paperwork
- Orders supplies, business cards, mailers, and all printing
- Tracks vacation days, personal leave days, and sick days for the rental branches, as assigned
- Keeps track of petty cash for Rental Service Manager
- Takes payments from customers for sales, parts, and service invoices
- Aids in marketing and special events planning as assigned by supervisor
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through a high school education
- At least 1 year of office/clerical work experience
- Must be able to work unsupervised on occasion
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excel
- Must be willing to travel occasionally to other branches as needed
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening
- Moderate analytical skills including problem solving and the ability to interpret policies, procedures and guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills
