We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in Auburn, WA. Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic components and systems according to IPC-A-610 standards.
  • Follow IPC Joint Industry Standard (IPC-J-STD) guidelines for soldering and assembly.
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100 and AS9102 quality management standards.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve assembly issues.
  • Utilize heat guns, multimeters, calipers, and micrometers for assembly and testing processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve assembly techniques and processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Assembly Technician or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IPC-A-610 and IPC Joint Industry Standard (IPC-J-STD).
  • Familiarity with AS9100 and AS9102 quality standards.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Proficient in using heat guns, multimeters, calipers, and micrometers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
