Assembler – Medical Devices
Location: Zelienople, PA
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking Assembler – Medical Devices candidates to support the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. This is an entry-level opportunity — no prior manufacturing experience required . Paid training will be provided. Candidates with basic hand-tool knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of assembly, fabrication, testing, and packaging tasks for medical devices
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment as needed
- Conduct quality inspections in accordance with established quality specifications
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), scientific methods, and quality guidelines
- Accurately document work and follow all safety and compliance requirements
- Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as business needs require
- Work collaboratively in a team-based manufacturing environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience (training provided)
- Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions and specifications in English
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Effective communication skills with coworkers and supervisors
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work flexible or extended hours when required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to use basic measurement tools, including microscopes
