Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Assemble mechanical and electrical components per blueprints or wiring diagrams
  • Install belts, pulleys, rollers, sprockets, and sub-assemblies
  • Wire and connect motors, switches, and electrical controls
  • Operate overhead cranes and forklifts for assembly support
  • Assist in troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Ensure quality, safety, and sanitation standards per FDA/USDA requirements

You should have most of the following:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1–3+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or general assembly (manufacturing or industrial preferred)
  • Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical wiring preferred
  • Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs. regularly (with or without assistance)
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
