<div><strong>Position Summary</strong></div><div>Under limited supervision, performs electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies, and wiring of moderate complexity.  Works from production and assembly drawings, parts list, diagrams, schematics and verbal/written instructions within a Lean Manufacturing environment. </div><div> </div><div><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></div><ul><li>Ability to follow processes while maintaining process control. </li><li>Capable of reading drawings</li><li>Use of hand tools, including power tools</li><li>Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and independently</li><li>Complete final test of the finished product by following standard test procedure and adhering to one-piece flow</li><li>Collect and input data into various systems, as required</li><li>Cross-train within the production cell to learn additional assembly, kitting and packaging operations</li><li>Maintain quality standards</li><li>Mechanical assembly of company products  </li><li>Prior industrial paint experience is helpful</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><br/></div><br/><br/><div><strong>Education/License Requirements</strong></div><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Experience Requirements</strong></div><ul><li>Prior assembly experience</li><li>Experience reading assembly drawings</li><li>Prior experience in electronic and electro-mechanical assembly and sub-assemblies</li><li>Wiring, soldering experience is not required, however, it is preferred</li></ul>
