Job Title: ASRS Maintenance Mechanic
Location: East Windsor, New Jersey

Type: Contract to Hire
Compensation: $24 - $25 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 1st Shift 6:00AM to 2:30PM


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on the ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System).
  • Identify, maintain, and troubleshoot motor controls, including motor starters, variable frequency drives (VFDs), DC drives, standard electrical components, and advanced automation control systems.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in using power tools
  • Ability to follow instructions in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ability to understand various levels of automation and associated system integrations and standards
  • Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with departmental staff
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivation with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
