Title: Art Director Sr.

Pay Rate: $35 - $40  

Overview 

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a senior-level professional. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can develop visually engaging content for digital and print channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio; or military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience developing creative for digital and traditional marketing channels.
• At least 2 years experience designing for web, mobile, and social platforms.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic understanding of UX principles.
• Basic understanding of print production and printer specifications.
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 6 years experience developing creative for digital and traditional marketing channels.
• 4 years experience designing for web, mobile, and social.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design with Purpose: Develop a wide range of customer communications, ensuring they are visually engaging and aligned with brand objectives.
