Armed Security Officer Orlando Area

Excelsior Defense is looking for a professional Armed Security Officers to protect our client's premises, assets and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions and maintain access control into the property of the housing in the Orlando Area. The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report. This post is a patrol post that you patrol around the property and to do writing report every hour and scans throughout the property, ensure a safe environment with a professional and polite manner. 

Post and hour

Orlando Area    9pm to 5am

Responsibilities:

• Protect client's property by maintain a safe and secure environment
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Act Lawfully in direct defense of life or property
• Apprehend criminals and evict violators
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in detain any suspicious incidents
• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
• Watch alarm systems

Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Security Officer or relevant position
• Valid D and G Security License (Needs to be active with both Security License)
• Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
• Must have your own weapon
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• Integrity and professionalism
• Detailed report writing

Base Rate: $19.01 Hourly
