Area Manager / Lawn Care Route Technician

Our client, Grasshopper, has an immediate need for Area Managers / Lawn Care Route Technicians in the Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton area.

As we continue to expand our lawn care business, we are looking for individuals who will provide their care, knowledge, and attention in creating healthy lawns for our customers. A lush, healthy lawn doesn’t just happen overnight! Becoming a lawn care technician is an excellent career choice for those who enjoy working independently outdoors in varying weather conditions. You establish the pace of your work, interact with customers, and get to watch the progression of your efforts over time.

What You'll Do....

• Measure and mix lawn care products.
• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and insect control products.
• Operate lawn care equipment.
• Complete work orders and maintain organized application records.
• Provide lawn analysis, including identifying weeds and grass varieties.
• Be responsive to customers and possess an eagerness to learn.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (drug testing is also required for employment).

We are looking to fill multiple positions for the 2026 season starting mid - late February in anticipation of the company's growth!

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or Equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and drug testing are required for employment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self starter, able to work independently.

Compensation starts at $20/hr and increases over the first 60 days.
