Job Summary
Area Customer Service Coordinator supports daily operations, implementations, service expansions, and administration of all Managed Services accounts within an assigned geographical area. This role provides hands-on customer support at external client sites, supplements onsite staff as needed.
Our sites deliver mail, do print jobs, put them together, answer the phones changing toner in the machines placing service calls for the machines.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Support daily operations for all contracted services at customer accounts within the assigned area
Supplement onsite personnel at various customer locations, including coverage for vacations, absences, training, or implementations
Assist with onboarding new team members and cross-training peers
Develop, review, and maintain Site Procedure Guides; ensure accuracy and compliance
Perform daily visual inspections to ensure safety compliance for Ricoh and customer standards
Provide customer experience feedback using surveys and other reporting tools
Deliver mail, complete print and production jobs, answer phones, change toner, and place service calls for equipment
Collect operational data and support Monthly Operations Reviews
Travel between multiple customer locations as required
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Office and warehouse environments with normal lighting, ventilation, and noise levels
Frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to push or pull equipment on wheels weighing up to 400 lbs.
Regular local travel between customer sites (40–50 mile coverage area
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 12 months of related work experience
Valid, violation-free driver’s license with reliable personal transportation
Minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy (mileage reimbursed)
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
