Area Coach | Multi-Unit Operations Leader
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Regional Territory)
Compensation: $90,000 – $95,000 + Performance Bonuses
The Opportunity
Are you a high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced, "culture-first" environment? We are seeking an Area Coach to lead a portfolio of locations for a globally recognized, iconic Quick-Service Brand in the Cincinnati market.
As an Area Coach, you aren't just a supervisor—you are a mentor and a business consultant. You will oversee multiple high-volume units, focusing on "People, Profits, and Sales." Your mission is to support your General Managers in executing flawless shifts, hitting aggressive speed-of-service targets, and building a team culture that people want to be a part of.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Ensure every restaurant in your patch meets the highest standards for food safety, cleanliness, and brand-specific "gold standards."
- Speed & Service: Drive industry-leading speed-of-service metrics. You know that every second counts in the drive-thru, and you know how to coach a team to win.
- Financial Stewardship: Take full P&L responsibility for your area. You will analyze labor, food costs, and controllable expenses to maximize profitability.
- Talent Development: You are the "Coach." You will identify high-potential Shift Leads and Assistant Managers, preparing them for their next step in leadership.
- Strategic Growth: Work closely with franchise ownership to implement national marketing campaigns and local store marketing to drive year-over-year sales growth.
Qualifications
- Brand Expertise:Direct prior experience within this specific global QSR brand's ecosystem is required. You must be familiar with the "Coach" model and brand-specific operational playbooks.
- Experience:2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience (Area Coach or equivalent) in a high-volume QSR environment.
- Drive-Thru Expertise: Proven success in managing high-volume drive-thru operations and optimizing "peak hour" performance.
- Leadership: A "servant leadership" mentality with a track record of reducing management turnover and building bench strength.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to deep-dive into P&L statements and operational reports to identify and fix root-cause issues.
- Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel between locations throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.
