Key Responsibilities:
Design Development: Assist in the development of architectural concepts, ensuring that designs meet both client needs and project requirements.
Drafting & Modeling: Create detailed architectural drawings, sketches, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are feasible, sustainable, and meet building codes and regulations.
Presentation Preparation: Prepare compelling presentations and visuals to effectively communicate design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and teams.
Site Analysis: Conduct site visits and analysis to understand project constraints, environmental factors, and opportunities for design innovation.
Research & Innovation: Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and technologies, integrating innovative solutions into design projects.
Client Interaction: Assist with client meetings and presentations, incorporating feedback into the design process and ensuring client satisfaction.
Construction Support: Provide support during the construction phase, including assisting with technical drawings, detailing, and responding to queries from contractors.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Familiarity with rendering software like Lumion or V-Ray is a plus.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and building codes.
