This is a rare opportunity to work on ultra high-end residential projects ($10M–$30M) and luxury commercial finish-outs alongside renowned architects. As part of a close-knit team within a private family office, you'll gain access to premium projects in California and beyond—perfect for a rising architectural talent ready to make their mark.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect position include:
- 2–5 years of architectural experience with strong design and 3D rendering skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with any 3D rendering software (flexible to your preferred tools)
- Collaborate closely with external architects and internal teams to bring design concepts to life
- Work on construction drawings, design details, elevations, and floor plans
- Assist in high-end residential and commercial finish-out project planning and execution
- Must be willing to travel to California approximately 3 weeks out of the month (all expenses covered)
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- No architectural license required, but detail-oriented design capabilities are essential
Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
