Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team in Charlotte with pay starting at 100K. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and architecture, with a strong technical background.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensure that all designs comply with relevant regulations and standards
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Supervise construction to ensure adherence to design specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Strong design and visualization skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Minimum of X years of experience in architectural design
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
