AR / Credit Manager

AR/Credit Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle Accounts Receivable operations including billing, collections, credit management, and cash applications
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AR and billing professionals
  • Monitor AR aging, credit exposure, and collection performance
  • Partner with operations and internal departments to resolve billing and collection issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and drive efficiencies
  • Support ERP-related improvements and ensure accurate AR reporting
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure timely and accurate AR activities

AR/Credit Manager Qualifications

  • Strong leadership experience within Accounts Receivable required
  • Credit management experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing teams within high-volume AR environments
  • Experience working within large ERP systems
  • Ability to lead in a hands-on environment while driving process improvements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience prioritized
