AR Billing Specialist
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Pay: $28–$36/hour

Our client, a growing company in the environmental services and construction industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Billing & Collections Specialist to join their team. This position will play a key role in managing billing, collections, and customer accounts while ensuring accuracy and maintaining a clean AR aging report.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute invoices accurately and in a timely manner using the company’s accounting system

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances

• Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, payment status, and discrepancies

• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation

• Process contracts, lien waivers, change orders, and insurance certificates

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or account issues

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain organized records

Qualifications for AR Billing Specialist:

• 3+ years of accounts receivable and/or billing experience

• Construction industry experience strongly preferred

• Experience with Acumatica is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiarity with SharePoint

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
