AR Specialist - Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices related to construction projects

• Review billing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms

• Maintain accounts receivable records and monitor outstanding balances

• Support collections efforts and follow up on outstanding invoices as needed

AR Specialist - Qualifications

• Experience with accounts receivable or billing in the construction industry

• 2+ years of billing or AR experience in a project-based environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple invoices and deadlines
