Overview of the role:
- Handle various account and cash reconciliations including daily, weekly and monthly reporting for a few properties
- Month end close, approve AP and prepare sale and occupancy tax reports
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 2+ years of experience
- AR experience
- Real estate industry experience needed
- Highly proficient in Excel and strong attention to detail
Compensation range: $75,000-$85,000
