Location: Roosevelt Utah

Position Type: Seasonal/Part Time

Compensation: $12.57 with a progressive 5 year step plan

Start Date: Immediate

Shift's Needed: M-Th 1:00pm-6:00pm. Rotating Fri/Sat/Holidays

Our team is dedicated, energetic, and customer-focused-and we're looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the face of our facility!

Position Overview: As the Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members and guests. You'll greet everyone with a smile, handle check-ins, answer questions, inventory and sell retail and concessions merchandise, among other important duties. Your role is key in making sure our community has a positive and seamless experience every time they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle check-ins, registrations, and memberships, using our management software
• Answer phone calls and patron questions regarding schedules, programs, and general inquiries
• Keep the front area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials
• Assist with scheduling swim lessons, pool rentals, and event bookings
• Communicate with lifeguards, instructors, and management to relay important information
• Handle basic point-of-sale transactions and cash handling duties
• Enforce facility policies and maintain a safe, respectful environment for all guests

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers and basic office software
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a busy environment
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
